JEWELRY CARE
Please do not apply perfumes, lotions, or chemicals while wearing On a Wing jewelry.
Please remove before swimming, showering, or sweating to avoid discoloration.
Wipe jewelry with clean soft cloth and keep it in your pouch or other storage.
DO NOT use silver cleaner or any other jewelry cleaner with ammonia or abrasives, as they will take off the oxidized/blackened finish.
For painted pieces (black paint on silver/bronze) do not get wet at all - it will take the blackened paint finish off.
Bronze especially needs to be polished regularly, but all pendants should be polished on a regular basis. Use a soft, clean cloth. Do not use any cleaner on pendants that have been painted; it will remove the finish.
GIFT PACKAGING
If item is a gift and being sent directly to recipient, we will not include a receipt and can write a handwritten note with your choice of words. Please make note of this in checkout and include what you would like written. Or email us at contact@onawing.co with the message/info.
SHIPPING
On a Wing currently only offers shipping to the US. All orders are shipping using standard shipping. Expedited not currently available.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after you order is placed to receive your order due to the fact ALL ORDERS are made to order and no two pieces are alike.
RETURNS/REPAIRS
If for some crazy reason your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@onawing.co and another item of the same style will be sent out to you as soon as possible. If during the course of wearing your piece it is damaged/needs repairing, please shoot us an email and we will send shipping instructions for the repair.
Returns/Exchanges for other reasons will not be accepted at this time. Thank you for your understanding as all orders are custom.
